Human Resource and Talent Management Intern
Position Overview:We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Summer Intern to join our Talent Management team. This internship offers a fantastic opportunity for a junior or senior student working towards a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. The intern will assist with a variety of talent management programs and leadership projects, focusing on developing programs, collateral, and communications that enhance our developmental culture. Key Responsibilities: + Assist in the design, development, and implementation of talent management programs and initiatives. + Support the creation of training materials, presentations, and other collateral to promote development programs. + Contribute to the planning and coordination of workshops, seminars, and other employee development events. + Assist in drafting communications and marketing materials to promote talent management initiatives. + Collaborate with team members on various projects aimed at enhancing employee engagement and development. + Conduct research on best practices in talent management and provide recommendations for improvement. + Participate in meetings and provide administrative support as needed. Qualifications: + Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field; junior or senior status preferred. + Strong interest in talent management and employee development. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). + Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. + Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. + Creative thinking and problem-solving skills. The hourly range for this role is $25.00.
