ARServices is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to work in the Falls Church, VA area.

A qualified candidate will perform the following duties and responsibilities, but are not limited to:

Responsible for all areas of people operations support, employee concerns, policy interpretation, training, compliance, corrective action procedures, and hiring/termination support. Address, manage, and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough, and objective investigations. Collaborate, review, and approve corrective action measures to ensure consistency of policies and guidelines. Maintain working knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Conduct weekly meetings with leadership to proactively address employee concerns. Lead new hire on-boarding and orientation activities. Support in the development and execution of programs and initiatives focusing on culture, values, and people. Work with leadership on performance management, talent development, compensation, and employee engagement. Help manage employee benefits offerings in conjunction with brokers, vendors, and leadership. Partner with recruiting to help identify candidates for existing roles. Perform other related duties as assigned.
