Human Resource Business Partner

The HR Business Partner is responsible for the end to end delivery of people processes and initiatives that will support line managers in delivering the strategic objectives at Prestige Factory. 

Key Responsibilities:

Engaging with Employees on HR Processes Supporting Line managers with ER Resolving wage queries through the wage clerks Planning and reporting on training Co-ordinating Wellness programmes Recruitment and selection of weekly paid employees Driving engagement through the employee representatives and various initiatives. Weekly and monthly HR reports. Liaising with shared services (Fuse)

Qualifications and Experience:

A National Diploma or Degree in HR/ skills development/ Industrial Psychology or related degree (essential) 2 – 3 years’ experience in HR or a similar role Experience in manufacturing is advantageous Cross function HR knowledge A working knowledge of HR systems and MS Office
