Salary: $69,500 - $95,000

Focus: The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will work closely with management and employees to drive HR strategies and initiatives that support business goals within a manufacturing environment. This role involves providing HR expertise in areas such as talent management, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and organizational development, ensuring alignment with both business objectives and HR best practices.
Human Resource Business Partner Job Functions:
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and manage the full recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Address employee issues such as concerns, grievances, and investigations promptly. Support the performance review process by guiding managers and assisting in performance management strategies, training, and development initiatives. Communicate and enforce HR policies in compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws while staying updated on changes to ensure organizational compliance. Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives, organize employee-focused events, and administer corrective action following a progressive disciplinary model.Human Resource Business Partner Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree* in Human Resources, Labor/Industrial Relations, Business Management, Organizational Development, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of recent progressive HR Generalist experience, including employee engagement, talent acquisition, training, investigations, policy enforcement, and disciplinary action. Experience working within OFCCP regulated environment and Manufacturing experience is a plus. Strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage high-volume workloads, and collaborate effectively within teams. Excellent analytical, communication, leadership, organizational, presentation, problem-solving, project management, and decision-making skills. Experience with PeopleSoft, Saba, Kronos, Taleo, Workday and SAP preferred.Location-Specific Requirements:
Must possess a Valid US driver’s license. This position requires successful vetting as an Employee Possessor in accordance with U.S. Department of Justice and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives. This position requires access to ITAR controlled technical data, and as such, employment will be contingent upon the candidate's ability to access ITAR controlled technical data pursuant to an export license approved by the Directorate of Defense Trade Controls, if required. This position requires successful vetting for unescorted access in accordance with U.S. Army and Department of Defense access policies. The US Government does not allow non-US citizens on-site at the Lake City Army Ammunition Plant.
