Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Coordinator to join our HR team and growing company. Reporting to the HR Manager, this position work to support a variety of people initiatives and keep records and data accurate and human resource operations running smoothly. Responsibilities Outline of Duties and Responsibilities Assist HR Manager in responding to inquiries, communicate and ensure understanding by employees and management of laws, regulations, organization policies, procedures, and programs. Serve as a point of contact for employees and managers regarding HR-related inquiries, such as policies, procedures, and benefits. Work with Human Resources Manager with employee relations issues: Assist with maintaining personnel and case files. Administer employee termination processing at the direction of the Human Resources Manager. Serve as a point of contact for employees to express concerns. Assist with the recruitment process; develop recruitment campaigns, build candidate pipelines, and work with hiring managers to onboard selected candidate. Support the benefits enrollment process and liaise with benefits providers to resolve employee queries. Administering FMLA and short-term and long-term disability, including preparing documentation according to applicable laws and processes. Ensuring employee information such as personal data, compensation, benefits, leave of absence information, performance reviews, and termination date and reason are correct in Human Resource Information System (HRIS). Establish and maintain complete personnel files, for active, inactive, and terminated employees in accordance with legal requirements and internal procedures. Generate HR reports and analyze data related to employee demographics, turnover, recruitment, and other HR metrics. Assist in developing internal work policies and procedures that comply with regulations, align with best practices, and ensure consistent quality human resources services and support company values and business goals. Assist in preparing HR-related presentations, reports, and documents for management and other stakeholders. Leads projects and performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications Experience, Skills and Qualifications Highschool diploma, or equivalent Undergraduate degree, preferred. Human Resources certification preferred, such as PHR, SHRM-CP, SPHR, or SHRM SCP.
