Human Resource Coordinator
Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Human Resource Coordinator in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. As a Human Resource Coordinator, you will be the backbone of our Human Resource team, providing crucial support in managing employee records, assisting in recruitment, and ensuring the smooth execution of Human Resource initiatives. What you get to do every single day: • Oversee the organization and management of confidential employee records • Utilize Workday to process organizational updates, job changes, and salary adjustments • Assist the Human Resource team with various tasks and projects related to human resources • Support the recruitment process by sourcing and screening potential candidates • Develop and revise job descriptions to attract the best talent • Handle administrative tasks to facilitate the successful implementation of Human Resource initiatives • Archive employee documents in accordance with our organizational policies • Monitor and manage employee accounts, taking necessary actions when required.
