HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACTTMH Physician Partners provides Human resource support to nearly 40 physician practices. We provide HR support for over 600 providers, extenders and colleagues. As a Human Reources Generalist one will provide support for the day-to-day operations of the Human Resource office including the following:
Colleague relations and inquiriesAdministration of compensation and benefits plansRecruitment, generating offers and extends to candidatesConduct employee onboarding and help plan training and developmentConducts OrientationAssists with 401k administrationAssists with FMLA administrationAdministrative duties, projects, etcMaintains regulatory complianceFosters a positive work environmentReports:
Director Human Resources
Supervises:
HR Generalist and HR Representative
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO APPLYRequired Education:
Preferred: Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business Management or a related field required
Minimum: Associates Degree
Required Experience:
Preferred: Five (5) years of human resources
Minimum: (3) years human resource experience.
Behavioral Criteria:
Knowledge:
Knowledge of federal and state employment/labor laws, practice policies and procedures.Knowledge of how to conduct wage and salary surveys.Knowledge of compensation and benefits administration.Skills:
Superior interpersonal abilities. Ability to mediate personnel grievances/disputes.Skill in problem solving.Skill in verbal and written communication.Abilities:
Ability to read, interpret, and apply policies and procedures.Ability to set priorities among multiple requests.Ability to interact with patients, clinical and administrative staff, and the public effectively.Required Certification/License/Registry:
