Summary:

Responsible for supporting employees with general HR inquiries, and managing transactions related to the complete life cycle of an employee. This role will identify opportunities to increase efficiency in service delivery by focusing on continuous improvement of HR processes. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

Handle routine HR inquiries, managing to completionConduct HR transactions including: orientation, leaves of absences, exit meetings, etc.Process HRIS transactions, ensuring data integrity and qualityServe as the primary point of contact for guidance on HR policies, processes and self-service tools to employees and managers, escalating when necessary to internal COEs and external resourcesParticipate and assist with location eventsAssist with departmental HR projects and initiatives as neededDefine, develop, and maintain concise documentation for procedures, work processes and reportsCollect, analyze, and prepare visual HR related information such as the preparation of scorecards and dashboards as warrantedPerform root-cause analysis using data, identify performance gaps and suggest process improvements that can streamline and improve customer service

Experience and Education:

3-5 years minimum experience in a similar positionBachelor Degree in Human Resources or equivalentExperience working in a manufacturing environment (preferred)HRIS experience with Workday/ADP-Etime (preferred)

Shift : 2nd – 8:30 PM – 5:30 AM Sunday-Thursday
