As Human Resources intern, you will be taking supporting your manager with the day to day in the HR department. Think of working on employee onboarding, HR administration and engagement of employees.

The position
Every internship at Kraft Heinz Netherlands offers unique learning opportunities to develop new knowledge and skills, gain real business experience, get exposure to senior leadership and attend personalized trainings. As an intern you will take ownership of projects and work closely with the business on day-to-day challenges, by supporting the following role:
· Human Resources Advisor
· Human Resources Business Partner
Tasks throughout the various roles can include:
· Supporting the roll-out of L&D plans and other initiatives in this area (i.e. Mentorship programs, Psychological Safety journey, etc.).
· Participating in the learning needs analysis and carrying on population analysis to target learning and development initiatives.
· Actively participating in Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging initiatives.
· Handling questions and processing administrative tasks
Job requirements:
· Bachelor or Master, preferably in the field of Psychology, Business Administration or Management. We are mainly looking for the right demeanor!
· You should have good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
· Microsoft Office skills are a must.
· You are enrolled at a university for at least 50% of the internship duration.
NOTE: EU working rights are required (Either you have EU Citizenship, or you are studying in the Netherlands)

What we offer you:
· Program start date: January/February 2025
· Duration: 6-6.5 months
· Allowance: 625 euro per month (40hrs, 5 days) & full reimbursement of travel expenses
· Location: Amsterdam, hybrid
This is a hybrid position – you will need to be based in the Netherlands for the entire duration of the internship.
