Temp-to-Hire position$29.00 to $32.00 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)Manage employee relations and create a positive culture in the workplaceRecruit, interview, and onboard new employeesAssist in developing policies & proceduresResolve issues & find resolutionsAdminister benefits and PTO programProcess payroll & time for multiple locations using ADP softwareMaintain employee records & follow all labor laws & regulationsCommunicating with external customersHuman Resource Manager Qualifications:
3+ years working in Human Resources is preferredKnowledge of labor laws, and HR best practicesADP or similar payroll experience is requiredAbility to resolve conflicts effectivelyExperience in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding is requiredAbility to manage employee learning & development requiredApplicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
