Job Title Human Resource Manager Position Overview Shaw Industries is seeking a HR Manager for our state-of-the art fiber manufacturing facility in Aiken, South Carolina. The HR will provide expertise in Human Resources policies, compliance, and administration and will continually lead the organization toward a better employee experience. This role will report to the facility Sr. HR Manager. Essential Duties: Responsible for the administration and implementation of all HR functions. Directs, supervises, and provides leadership and direction for direct reports. Leads the selection and hiring process. Acts as a business partner with management and will assist in employee development, leadership training, succession planning, and the selection process. Partner with the HR Training Manager to develop effective onboarding and training programs. Acts as an employee advocate while administering company policies in a fair and consistent manner. Ensures proper application and implementation of the policies and procedures. Supports Community Outreach Initiatives. Conducts investigations and addresses associate concerns. Manages site-wide reward and recognition programs and budget. Supports Diversity and Inclusion site-wide initiatives.
