Human Resource Manager
Human Resources Manager Annual Pay Range(based on experience): $60,000 - $64,200

  As the HR manager, you will oversee the HR functions and will have responsibilities to: • Manage recruitment/ retention needs for office(s) in the Tennessee Area.  • Manage state licensing requirements.             Maintain compliance with other branch managers within the Tennessee Area. • Have coaching and counseling skills; Experience with conducting investigations. • Possess top notch organization skills; Be a team Player.      
  To be considered for this position, you will need to have the following experience and ability: • A degree in Human Resources, preferred • A minimum of two years’ experience Human Resources preferred.   • Heavy recruiting/retention/ compliance experience. • Experienced in hourly employee relations. • Highly professional and ethical with unquestioned integrity. • Strong planning, organizing, and decision-making abilities. • Conscientious and demonstrated initiative.  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
