As the Human Resource Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources at Fun Town RV. Your leadership will guide the development and implementation of HR strategies, policies, and initiatives that align with our business goals. You'll be the go-to person for employee relations, talent acquisition, and performance management, ensuring that our workplace remains vibrant and engaging!
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract the best talent. Oversee performance management systems and drive employee engagement initiatives. Provide support and guidance to management and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices. Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues and fostering the team environment. Ensure compliance with employment regulations and laws. Prepare and maintain employee records, reports, and documentation. Conduct training sessions for staff on HR-related topics such as diversity, equity, and inclusion. Collaborate with management to understand the company’s goals and issues. Manage employee benefits and wellness programs to promote a healthy workplace.
