Human Resource Manager
Adecco is assisting a leading manufacturing company in Newton, KS with their need to fill their immediate need for a Human Resource Manager. This is a temporary position however, for the right candidate it can become permanent. Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm $35 to $45 per hour **Overview:** The Human Resource Manager will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. You will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives. **Responsibilities:** · Recruitment and Onboarding · Employee Relations and Engagement · Performance Management · Training and Development · Compliance · Compensation and Benefits · HR Policies **Qualifications:** · Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
