Human Resource Manager - Multi-site

 

 

 

As the Campus Human Resource Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing HR operations across multiple sites, ensuring the effective management of HR functions, and leading a team of HR generalists.  This position will report directly to the Director of HR Operations. You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and procedures to support the company's objectives while fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.

 

YOUR TASKS Oversee all aspects of HR operations, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and compliance. Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs to ensure alignment with legal requirements and best practices. Monitor HR metrics and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, making recommendations to enhance HR processes and practices. Lead and mentor a team of HR generalists, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities. Delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively, ensuring that team members are aligned with organizational goals and priorities. Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture that promotes engagement, productivity, and continuous improvement. Serve as a trusted advisor to senior management and employees on HR-related matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and policy interpretation. Conduct investigations into employee complaints or concerns, ensuring fair and equitable resolution in accordance with company policies and applicable laws. Oversee HR activities across multiple sites, ensuring consistency in policies, procedures, and practices while adapting to site-specific needs and requirements. Coordinate with site managers and HR staff to address site-specific challenges and promote a unified HR approach across the organization. Stay abreast of federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and proactively addressing potential risks. Collaborate with legal counsel and senior management to mitigate HR-related risks and liabilities, providing guidance and recommendations as needed.

 

YOUR PROFILE Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with a demonstrated track record of success in overseeing HR operations and leading HR teams. Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and compliance requirements. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility at all levels of the organization. Proven experience in employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. SHRM certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP or SHRM-CP) preferred.
