Kforce has a client seeking a Human Resource Process Manager in Miami, FL. Key Tasks: * Human Resource Process Manager will streamline and optimize the end-to-end candidate and associate lifecycle processes, from recruitment through onboarding to offboarding * Identify and implement process improvements to ensure seamless, efficient workflows that enhance both the candidate and employee experience * Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements throughout the lifecycle * Conduct regular audits to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement * Develop and implement strategies for continuous process improvement, leveraging data-driven insights to enhance productivity and employee retention * Provide regular updates and reports on process performance and improvement efforts to leadership * Work cross-functionally with HR IT, PMO and other departments to ensure alignment and successful execution of lifecycle processes * As a Human Resource Process Manager, you will lead change management initiatives, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes and systems across teams * Foster collaboration and ensure clear communication to enhance the overall employee experience * Develop, document, and maintain comprehensive SOPs for Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, and Offboarding processes
