Kforce has a client that is seeking a Human Resource Professional III in Tempe, AX. Duties Include: * Research, coordinate, and recommend process enhancements to the division's operations, write procedures, and complete projects as directed * As a Human Resource Professional III, you will represent department in the design, development, testing, and implementation of system changes, new systems, or changes in policy and procedures * Provide support for business group as required * Represent the Business/Operations side of the project, and coordinate with Project Manager and project leads from constituent departments; Act as liaison between offices, corporate departments, and system groups
