Human Resource Representative

The Position
Primary function and focus of this position is to provide administrative support to the Human Resource Department.
Responsibilities
Perform a variety of HR duties under the general direction of the HR Manager including data entry, correspondence, metrics and projects.
Provide support in creating and analyzing HR / Safety metrics and ensure data integrity.
Support recruiting initiatives by assisting in sourcing candidates, resume screening, scheduling phone interviews and onsite interviews as well as the on-boarding process.
Maintain payroll compliance and process timesheets for weekly and biweekly payrolls
Maintain daily safety checklist, tracking spreadsheet and binders.
Support and/or manage positive employee initiatives such as employee events, community involvement, electronic bulletin boards and so on.
Assist team members in benefit enrollments
Manage FMLA and Leave of Absence communications
Maintain attendance spreadsheets for all hourly team members
Manage probationary team member performance reviews and process any wage changes
Other projects as assigned.
