Operating with a degree of autonomy, you'll demonstrate creative problem-solving and adaptability while executing essential tasks. Join our team to contribute your expertise and navigate diverse HR responsibilities effectively. **Key Responsibilities** + Demonstrate a deep understanding of HR policies, providing guidance to employees and resolving inquiries. + Coordinate new employee orientation and maintain accurate HRIS records, including personnel transactions and payroll matters. + Manage unemployment claims and representation at hearings, while overseeing worker's compensation claims and FMLA processes. + Take charge of preparing critical reports, analyzing trends, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. + Offer backup support for HR Assistant duties and lead work flow when necessary, showcasing your ability to manage various HR functions effectively. **Qualifications & Requirements** Education + High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s Degree is preferred. Experience + Minimum of three (3) years of related work experience in Human Resources or an equivalent combination of related work experience and education required. + Good working knowledge and familiarity with Human Resources concepts, practices, procedures and basic employment laws required. + Proficiency in MS Excel preferred. + Experience working with an in-house HR Information System preferred. + Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.
