Human Resource Specialist
Job Description A Chemical Manufacturing company is hiring a Human Resource professional to support the development of a young organization. In this role you will be managing hiring and onboarding of new staff. You will also support the existing staff by creating compensation strategy, designing employees retention plans, and ensuring everyone is compliant and up to date on trainings, policies, and procedures. In this role you will be an advocate for the employees and be a point of contact for escalations related to employee misconduct.
