Description ProLogistix is now hiring for 1st shift experienced HR Coordinator for a world-renowned computer company in the area! 

 

Shift and Pay for this position:

7:30am-4:30pm Mon-Fri.  $23hr Depending on Experience.

The HR Coordinator provides administrative support to the HR department, ensuring the efficient operation of HR functions. This role involves assisting with recruitment, maintaining employee records, maintaining reports, and providing support for payroll processing

 

Job Duties for the HR Coordinator:

Recruitment Support: Assist with job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews. Employee Onboarding: Coordinate new hire orientations and ensure all onboarding paperwork is completed. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in both paper and digital formats. Payroll Assistance: Support payroll processing by collecting and verifying timekeeping information. Compliance: Ensure HR practices comply with local, state, and federal regulations. Employee Relations: Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests and provide assistance. Event Coordination: Organize HR events, training sessions, and seminars

Qualifications for HR Coordinator:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: Previous experience in an HR role or administrative position is preferred. Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency with HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
