Astria Health is hiring a Human Resources Administrative Coordinator. This is a full time day shift position with a day shift schedule.

 

This position is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of daily HR activities by providing administrative support to the department. This position serves as the initial point of contact and interface between employees and human resources support functions. You will:

 

Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including scheduling meetings, maintaining HR files and handling internal communications.

 

Manage the HR department’s correspondence by answering phone calls, responding to emails and directing inquiries to the appropriate team membersSupport new hire onboarding by preparing paperwork, coordinating orientation sessions and ensuring all necessary documentation is completedMaintain an organized and appropriately supplied office inventoryEnsure all office common areas are maintained, clean and organized.Provide project support as directed.Collaborate effectively across organizational boundaries.Adheres to the core values and standards of the organization.Perform other duties as assigned.

What you bring to the role:

 

Required Qualifications and Education

High school graduation or GED in lieu of. One or more years of direct work experience in a business environment. One or more years direct experience with Microsoft products, i.e., Word, PPT, Excel. Oral and written fluency in the English language.

 

Preferred Qualifications and Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field SHRM certification
