What We Offer $21.35 per hour 1st Shift; Monday – Friday; 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM Health Benefits 401k Referral Program Opportunity for advancement What We’re Looking For Associate’s degree (A.A)  3+ years of related experience Demonstrated intermediate skills in Microsoft Office / Excel / PowerPoint Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and general public What You’ll Do as a Human Resources Administrator Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, assisting with both walk-in traffic and phone calls to the HR department. Support various HR functions, including: Addressing employee questions regarding HR policies and procedures, referring to HR Generalists as needed. Coordinating new hire orientation, HR events, benefits open enrollment, and company-wide meetings. Assisting with interview scheduling and coordination. Processing, verifying, and maintaining employee-related documentation. Maintaining tracking sheets and assisting with report generation. Managing and organizing employee files. Assisting in planning and coordinating employee events Prepare PowerPoint slides, awards, gift cards, and other materials for employee meetings Maintain HR forms, required postings, and update employee communication slides on internal systems Keep HR organizational charts up to date Manage HR supplies, mail processing, and shipping Provide administrative support to the HR Manager and HR Generalists Perform additional duties as assigned
