Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Human Resources Administrator to become a vital part of our team based in Austin, Texas. In this remote role, you will be administering leave of absences and accommodations, functioning as a crucial support system in our Human Resources department. Responsibilities: • Administering leave of absences and ensuring adherence to regulations • Handling accommodations as per company policies and legal requirements • Utilizing ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now for effective HR management • Applying knowledge of ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode in various HR tasks • Utilizing Ceridian and Concur for efficient HR administration • Implementing 'About Time' for effective time management • Conducting Auditing to ensure regulatory compliance • Executing Background Checks as part of recruitment process • Managing Benefit Functions to ensure employee satisfaction • Ensuring Compliance to all HR-related regulations • Administering FMLA to employees as per company policies. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Human Resources Administrator or similar role. • Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now. • Knowledge of ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode. • Experience with Ceridian, Concur, and About Time software. • Proven ability to conduct Auditing and Background Checks. • Understands the fundamentals of Benefit Functions. • Demonstrated ability to ensure Compliance within the HR domain. • Familiarity with Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) regulations and procedures.
