SUMMARY\nWe are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Administrator to support our Human Resources department. The HR Administrator will handle various administrative tasks, ensure compliance with company policies, and assist in the efficient operation of HR processes.\n \nESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES \n•\tGenerate and analyze HR reports related to employee data, attendance, performance, and other key metrics.\n•\tMaintain and update HR databases, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.\n•\tCollaborate with HR leadership to improve data-driven decision-making processes.\n•\tStrong understanding of HR functions and best practices.\n•\tSupport performance management and employee engagement initiatives\n•\tPrepare HR reports and maintain documentation, while handling confidential information with discretion.\n•\tManage HR-related inquiries and provide administrative support\n•\tUtilize Excel to create pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and other data analysis tools to interpret HR trends.\n•\tAll other duties as assigned\n\nQUALIFICATIONS\nTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.\n\nEDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS\n•\tBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.\n•\tStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret HR data\n•\tAbility to work in a fast-paced environment & successfully meet deliverables is a must \n•\tAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and data visualization tools\n•\tAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information\n•\tStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
