Description We are in search of a Human Resources Administrator to join our team in Bakersfield, California. In this role, you will play a significant part in the human resources department, where you will perform tasks such as processing applications, maintaining records, and handling inquiries. You will also be tasked with monitoring accounts and taking necessary actions. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities: • Efficiently process applications related to human resources • Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of all HR-related activities • Resolve any inquiries related to human resources in a timely and detail-oriented manner • Monitor the status of various accounts and take appropriate actions when necessary • Perform auditing tasks to ensure compliance with HR standards and regulations • Handle background checks for potential employees as part of the recruitment process • Manage benefit functions and ensure all employees receive their entitled benefits • Utilize ADP - Financial Services, ADP Workforce Now, ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode, Ceridian, Concur, and About Time to facilitate HR processes • Ensure adherence to compliance standards within the HR department.
