Job Description
The HR Administrator is responsible for managing a wide range of human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee benefits, compliance, legal matters, payroll, and office management. This role ensures adherence to protocols, supports employees and leadership, and fosters an efficient and compliant workplace environment.

ResponsibilitiesManage recruitment and onboarding processes.Oversee employee benefits administration.Maintain and update employee records.Monitor employee performance and manage attendance effectively.Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, including OSHA regulations and licensing.Handle payroll processes, utilizing systems such as ADP or RAKEN.Provide administrative support for HR-related tasks.Essential SkillsHuman resources administrationEmployee relationsHR systems and supportProficiency in using ADP systemsExperience within the Construction, Architecture, or Engineering industryA minimum of 7 years of professional experience in relevant rolesAdditional Skills & QualificationsProven experience in recruitment and onboarding processesExpertise in managing employee records and overseeing benefits administrationFamiliarity with OSHA regulations and licensing requirementsWork Environment
Office setting, Monday - Friday 8:30am-5:30pm.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $120000.00/yr.
