Human Resources Administrator- HRIS
Description We are offering a contract, potentially contract to hire, opportunity for a Human Resources Administrator who will oversee HRIS Data in UKG for our non-profit sector client located in Fremont, California. The role primarily involves maintaining the accuracy of workforce data, providing support to HRIS team, and handling internal system and HR support. This is a Hybrid position, candidates must be able to commute to Fremont 2-3 days per week, as required. The starting pay for this position is $28-$35 per hour, DOE. If converted, the typical pay scale is $75-95k Annually. Responsibilities: • Provide expertise, recommendations and guidance on HRIS system implementation and projects • Accurate data entry, maintenance, and updates of workforce data in HRIS system. • Provide routine audits, monitoring, uploads, and reporting support to the HRIS team. • Manage agency email account and respond to HRIS system or timecard issues. • Collaborate with HRIS Team, functional and technical staff to apply system upgrades or fixes. • Develop and assist with training and user guides for new and existing employees on HR system processes/functionality. • Update and maintain HR Systems and shared resources. • Provide backup support to other HRIS team members. • Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Human Resources Administrator role or similar • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Info Systems) • Minimum of two years of experience with UKG Pro and/or UKG Ready, formerly Kronos Workforce software • Knowledge of human resources administration procedures • Familiarity with human resources software systems • Proficient in Microsoft 365 Enterprise, including Microsoft Excel • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities • High level of confidentiality and professionalism • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (preferred but not required) • Any professional HR certification would be an advantage Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
