X Job Purpose As a Human Resources Advisor, your main responsibility is to provide professional service and support by offering contemporary and employee-focused advice to management and business units regarding all aspects related to our people. You will also play a crucial role in the human resources team, performing generalist HR duties to support, retain, and engage our employees across the organisation. Travel Requirements This role may require occasional travel, up to 5% of your working time, to attend other office locations or other HR-related events. Job Duties and Responsibilities + Manage the full recruitment cycle, from selecting suitable recruitment methods to candidate screening, interviewing, job offer, and onboarding processes. + Provide advice, guidance, and support to managers and supervisors on employee-related matters within the organisation. + Handle sensitive employee matters with confidentiality according to established policies and procedures. + Administer internal changes, promotions, benefits, terminations, and other employee lifecycle processes. + Maintain accurate employee data in HRIS systems and ensure all employee life cycle processes are up to date. + Assist in organising company-sponsored employee events to foster a positive working environment. Required Skills + Possess tertiary qualifications in Human Resources. + Demonstrate experience in a generalist Human Resources role. + Have sound knowledge of HRIS Systems, with experience in SuccessFactors being preferred. + Self-starter, enthusiastic, and engaging when working with diverse groups of people. + Ability to work autonomously, being an exceptional communicator capable of influencing and building rapport.
