Job overview and responsibilities

The Associate Human Resources Analyst is responsible for supporting the operational and strategic functions of Human Resources department, such as data collection and analysis, employee´s benefits administration, employee personal files management, recruiting and termination processes, policy development and application. This professional acts as a point of contact for employees, ensuring that HR processes are carried out efficiently and in compliance with labor law standards.

Maintain accurate records of employee information such as contracts, job changes, personal data and ensure compliance with labor laws and internal company regulationsAssist in creating and updating human resources policies and procedures and providing support and guidance to employees regarding these proceduresSupport on resolving conflicts and issues related to the work environmentCollect and analyze data related to human resources, prepare reports, and provide insights to management on HR metrics and improvement needsPromote the relationship with HR service providers and vendorsEvaluate and recommend improvements in the services provided by external partnersSupport the admission and dismissal processes, ensuring that all necessary documentation is completedThis position is offered on local terms and conditions.  Expatriate assignments and sponsorship for employment visas, even on a time-limited visa status, will not be awarded.Qualifications

Required 

Must be legally authorized to work in Brazil without sponsorship2+ years of Human Resources Analyst experienceExperience in computer software and Microsoft 365Excellent organizational and analytical skillsStrong interpersonal skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsOrganization and time managementValid Passport or equivalent travel documents with a valid USA Business VISA typeMust be legally authorized to work in Brazil for any employer without sponsorshipMust be fluent in English and Portuguese (written and spoken)Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualificationReliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
