In this role, you will ensure that our HR systems contain the most accurate data in all areas including geographic profiles, compensation, PTO accruals, and other key data points required for payroll and reporting purposes. Assessing and mastering current processes, then identifying and implementing efficiencies in the processes will be key to the success of this role. It will require someone who can manage multiple HR systems and data which spans across all departments, ensuring accuracy and compliance. This position is based in our Deerfield Beach, Florida, office reporting to the Director of Human Resources.\n

What would you be doing?\n\nUpdate and maintain system compensation, department and title data, ensuring timely and accurate changes.\nReview ACA benefits eligibility and initiate changes ensuring clear communication of any changes to employees and internal stakeholders.\nUpdate records in all systems (CentralReach, Bamboo, ADP) with high degree of accuracy \nAudit HR systems regularly to ensure job titles, departments, compensation, benefits eligibility, and PTO accrual levels are up-to-date and accurate.\nAssist with compensation analysis to maintain competitive pay structures across the organization.\nGenerate reports and provide data-driven insights for management on compensation, payroll, and workforce metrics.\nCollaborate with payroll to ensure the smooth integration of data for payroll processing.\nParticipate in system upgrades, testing, and improvements to enhance HR functionality.\nEnsure compliance with internal policies and relevant labor laws related to payroll and compensation.\n\n

What do you bring to the role?\n\nBachelor's degree \n2-4 years of experience with a focus on data, compensation, payroll, or HRIS management.\nTech-savvy, with experience in HRIS and payroll systems.\nStrong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.\nAbility to multitask, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.\n\n
