If you’re self-motivated, passionate about growth, and LOVE TO COOK & EAT, let’s connect!  This is an in-office role, Monday – Friday, based in Miami, FL.   Essential Tasks and Responsibilities:Training & DevelopmentDesign and Implement Training Programs: Collaborate on the design, development, and execution of company-wide training initiatives, emphasizing actionable reporting and measurable outcomes. Optimize and Simplify Existing Training: Analyze current training materials to create streamlined strategies that improve content quality and accessibility. Create Engaging Multimedia Content: Develop and enhance visual aids and presentations using tools like PowerPoint and Canva to deliver impactful training sessions. Coordinate Cross-Departmental Seminars: Plan and execute bi-monthly training events, managing all stages from initial planning to delivering final results. Stay Ahead of Industry Trends: Continuously update knowledge on the latest Training and Development methodologies to enhance program effectiveness and organizational efficiency. Support Related Projects: Perform additional duties as needed to support the overall success of training and development initiatives.

Communications & EngagementInternal Communications: Support the creation of engaging content for internal communications, including the development of a detailed monthly calendar.Drive Employee Engagement: Oversee the Engagement Committee in partnership with regional HR teams to foster and enhance employee engagement initiatives.Employer Branding and social media: Develop and curate compelling content for employer branding across social media platforms to boost corporate and brand awareness.
