Zurich Insurance is looking for a Human Resources Analytics Consultant to join our HR Team. This role is a core member of our People Analytics Team, organizing the aggregation of large amounts of data, building analytical models and tools, performing strategic analyses, and generating data-driven insights through the partnership and collaboration with our HR Business Partners and Business Leaders.
Basic Qualifications:
+ Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or Economics or Finance or Mathematics/Statistics or Data Analytics and 7 or more years of experience in the Data Analysis areaOR
+ High School Diploma or Equivalent and 9 or more years of experience in the Data Analysis areaOR
+ Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice including an Associate Degree in Business Administration or Economics or Finance or Mathematics/Statistics or Data Analytics and 7 or more years of experience in the Data Analysis areaAND
+ 7 or more years working in an Analytics environment
+ Knowledge of HR data and Workforce Analytics
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Masters Degree with a statistical or quantitative background
+ Experience with HR data and People Analytics
+ Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI skills
+ Experience with Python or R
+ Strong analytics skills; modeling expertise using advanced statistical techniques to address business problems via regression, segmentation, decision tree, time series, and other multivariate analysis
+ Ability to generate data-driven insights
+ Strong analytical, quantitative and problem solving skills
+ Strong organizational skills
+ Ability to multi-task
+ Strong communication and facilitation skills
At Zurich, compensation for roles is influenced by a variety of factors, including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. We encourage candidates with salary expectations beyond the provided range to apply, as they will be considered based on their experience, skills, and education. The salary indicated represents a nationwide market range and has not been adjusted for geographic differentials pertaining to the location where the position may be filled. The proposed salary range for this position is $74,300.00 - $121,700.00, with short-term incentive bonus eligibility set at 15%.
