Description Part-Time Human Resources & Accounts Payable Specialist Location: El Segundo, CA Hours: Up to 15 hours per week About Us: Client is a dynamic company looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to assist with Human Resources and Accounts Payable functions on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for someone with HR experience who can also handle some accounting tasks. Key Responsibilities: + Maintain and manage employee benefits, ensuring accurate record-keeping. + Prepare and compile data for insurance renewals. + Assist with the hiring process, including coordinating paperwork and onboarding new employees. + Process and verify invoices for payment. + Assist with maintaining accurate financial records. + Support general accounting functions as needed Requirements Qualifications: + Previous experience in Human Resources, particularly with benefits administration and hiring processes. + Basic knowledge of Accounts Payable functions.
