40We are seeking a passionate and experienced full-time HR Assistant to join our Total Rewards Center of Excellence! We are looking for individuals who are organized and who thrive in a fast-paced environment.
As an HR Assistant on this team, you will play a key role in supporting department Leaders and teams with a variety of responsibilities such as managing employee data, coordinating schedules, recruitment processes, and assisting with other HR tasks. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
Responsibilities:
Provides support to the Total Rewards COE within the Human Resources Department by coordinating multiple projects including assisting in project development, project implementation and project maintenance.
Performs administrative tasks and delivers customer service excellence through daily interactions.
Extends scheduling support through virtual (MS Teams) and physical space allocation.
Demonstrates strong attention to detail in creating documents, meeting minutes, and entry into HR information system.
Properly handles sensitive information and follows confidential file procedures and records retention practices.
Performs other job-related responsibilities as requested
What You'll Need:
Associate degree in Human Resources or a business-related field
1 year of relevant experience in an office or administrative setting
2 years of previous experience in a Human Resources support role preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
Detail Oriented and strong problem-solving skills
What's Available:
Full time, 40 hours week
Schedule: Monday-Friday days
Hybrid eligible role, must be willing to work at least 3 days a week onsite in either La Crosse, WI or Green Bay, WI. Role will require training onsite prior to moving to a hybrid basis.
