Human Resources Assistant
System One is hiring a Human Resources Assistant for our client in Robinson, IL. They are a global food manufacturing corporation! This is a 6-12 month contract position! Human Resource Assistant duties + File and organize personnel documents + Support new hire orientation + Collect documents for I9 + Assign employee ID numbers + Copy handouts for policies, call off procedure, etc. + Distribute locks for lockers + Create badges for new employees + Proctor pre-employment testing + Schedule new hire round tables + Coordinate/communicate announcements and events + Taking notes during meetings + Create monthly displays for plant initiatives + Coordinate and assist in the production interview process H uman Resource Assistant Requirements + 1+ years of HR experience or experience in a similar role + Microsoft Office experience required, specifically Excel + Highly organized with ability to multi-task + Good communication and interpersonal skills + Problem solving skills + Confidentiality + SAP experience is a plus #M1 System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé, ALTA IT Services, CM Access, TPGS, and MOUNTAIN, LTD., are leaders in delivering workforce solutions and integrated services across North America.
