OVERVIEW

This role is responsible for supporting the Human Resources Department in a variety of tasks including but not limited to filing HR documents, assisting with onboarding, signing in guests and contractors, managing the Tellus front desk.  

 

 

DETAILED ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist HR in pre-employment and onboarding all new employees Coordinate with front booth security on any visitors Manage attendance and return to work for all employees on medical leave (both FMLA and Worker’s Comp) Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment for new employees Perform other administrative support tasks, including updating and sorting files, scanning, copying and faxing Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments, including all conference room scheduling Assist Safety in the management and maintenance of office security and safety procedures Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism Provide general administrative support to the office and staff members as needed Along with HR, responsible for developing and implementing office policies by setting up procedures and standards to guide the operation of the office Provide cross functional HR support when necessary

 

WORK EXPERIENCES:

Proven office management, administrative experience Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work Attention to detail and problem solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Knowledge of clerical practices and procedures

 

EDUCATION:

High School Diploma or GED equivalent with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in administrative support OR a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution with a minimum of 1 year of professional experience
