Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This role involves providing administrative support, managing onboarding processes, and maintaining HR systems within a manufacturing environment. This position offers an opportunity for growth and advancement within the organization.
ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative support to the HR department.Handle data entry and maintain employee records.Assist with onboarding new employees and ensuring a smooth transition.Support recruiting efforts and coordinate interviews.Manage employee relations and address HR-related queries.Utilize HR systems such as SAP or Oracle to manage HR processes.Maintain and update HR documentation and databases.Coordinate with various departments to ensure HR policies are followed.Essential SkillsMinimum bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a similar field.3-5 years of experience in HR or Talent Acquisition.Experience working within a manufacturing environment.Proficiency in HR systems such as SAP or Oracle.Strong data entry and administrative skills.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, HR Assistant, or a similar role.Ability to travel up to 10% as needed based on business requirements.Work Environment
This position is part-time, requiring 25 hours per week with the potential to increase based on workload. The role involves working four days onsite, typically half days. The work environment is supportive and collaborative, with a focus on continuous improvement and professional development.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $28.00
