Our client, a growing agricultural company, is looking for an HR Assistant to join their team in Oxnard, CA. This role involves supporting HR functions, maintaining records, and assisting with employee relations while handling general administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities:
Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.Maintain HR records and documentation.Assist with general employee relations.Answer phones and perform other administrative tasks as assigned.Requirements:
1 year of administrative experience in an HR-related role.Strong organizational and communication skills.Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.Pay & Schedule:
Pay Rate: $23.00 - $25.00Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
