Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Assistant to support our HR team. With the recent implementation of a new Oracle system, our HR team is receiving numerous inquiries. The ideal candidate will assist employees in navigating the new system and provide essential HR support.
ResponsibilitiesAssist employees with questions related to the new Oracle system.Spend a significant amount of time using Microsoft Office to answer questions and direct employees to the appropriate HR function.Discuss benefits with employees and assist with time and expense entries.Perform back-office HR tasks, including entering and verifying employee data.Take notes during HR meetings and provide general administrative support.Get involved with HR functions such as benefits, PTO, and other employee-related inquiries.Essential SkillsStrong customer service skills.Experience in administrative support and HR administration.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.Ability to perform V-Lookups in Excel.Additional Skills & Qualifications0 to 2 years of HR experience is a plus but not mandatory.Comfortable explaining HR functions to employees.Knowledge of retirement benefits is a plus.Work Environment
The position requires onsite work three days a week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday) for an initial period of 2 to 3 months, with the possibility of extension. Flexible scheduling is available. The work environment fosters collaboration and teamwork, emphasizing a balance of expert knowledge and compassionate care.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
