What You'll Do as an Human Resources Assistant:

Recruit and screen candidates for open positionsSupport onboarding and pre-employment processesMaintain and organize HR recordsAssist with FMLA, Workers' Compensation, and Unemployment processesConduct monthly safety training sessions for plant employeesCollaborate with leadership on staffing and retention initiatives

Work Experience

The Preferred Candidate Will Bring:

HR experience: 3-5 years (manufacturing preferred)Education: Degree in HR Administration or equivalent experienceTech-savvy: Proficient in ADP HCM Vantage, Word, Excel & PowerPointAttention to detail: Accuracy in record-keeping and complianceHablamos Español: Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus!
