Summary You will serve as a HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT (MILITARY/OA) in the OPERATIONAL ANALYTICS DEPARTMENT of NMRTC SAN DIEGO CA. Responsibilities You will oversee manpower systems with an emphasis on the Total Force Manpower Management System. You will analyze necessary changes to the Activity Manpower Document. You will prepare, submit, and track Manpower Change Requests using Total Force Manpower Management System. You will manage civilian performance management, awards, and telework. You will gather, analyze, develop, and maintain operational, manpower, and historical data to prepare a variety of reports. You will process a variety of military Human Resource actions in support of the Receipts and Transfers office in Human Resources Department. You will serve as a primary source of information as a Command Pay and Personnel Administrator Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications * This position requires the ability to type at least 40 words per minute. Your response to the typing skill question on the Occupational Questionnaire will be used in your qualification determination. Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-06 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
