Summary This position is located in the Human Resources Office at the Shades of Green® on WALT DISNEY WORLD® Resort. Responsibilities Processes a wide variety of routine and complex personnel actions requiring an in-depth knowledge of Nonappropriated Fund (NAF) civilian personnel rules and regulations. Provides advice and assistance to lower level employees on the preparation and processing of documents related to pay, compensation, benefits training, permanent change of station moves and/or other aspects of NAF employment. Receives and rates applications for employment. Prepares referrals and arranges for interviews at the request of management. Writes and posts job announcements. In-processes and out-processes employees, conducts orientations and interviews potential candidates for employment opportunities as required. Ensures the maintenance of the automated personnel database. Establishes and maintains official folders, files and reports.Performs other duties as assigned. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications QUALIFICATIONS MUST BE CLEARLY VERIFIABLE IN YOUR RESUME. GOVERNMENT POSITIONS MUST INCLUDE PAY PLAN, SERIES, GRADE, TO AND FROM DATES, AND GOVERNMENT AGENCY/DEPARTMENT. All qualification requirements must include experience performing duties equivalent in scope and complexity to the next lower grade level. Progressively responsible work experience in personnel. Ability to communicate orally and deal effectively with people of diverse backgrounds. Ability to type and perform office automation functions.
