The Human Resources Assistant is responsible for administering support to the Human Resources Department, as well as outside departments. This includes ensuring that all HR related functions are delivered effectively and efficiently with a customer focus.
QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma/GED required. Two-year degree in Office Administration or related field preferred.
Minimum of three (3) years of increasingly responsible office experience, preferably in healthcare.
Strong business writing, public speaking, and group/individual presentation skills.
Advanced computer literacy and knowledge of business applications.
Must be proficient in the English language, bilingual preferred.
JOB DUTIES:
Function as support to the HR Department.
Assist associates, applicants or visitors by directing them to the appropriate person within HR.
Handle on-boarding, processing clearances, putting together initial associate files, registering for NAO and creating associate ID#.
Back up for the HR filing for both current/terminated associates.
Backup for sorting and distributing mail for the department daily. Pick up mail on campus in HR lock boxes - twice a week.
Work on special projects and/or other duties as assigned.
Responsible for processing of invoices - Hireright, Indeed, Indeed-Hire, PATCH and COGENT.
All other duties as assigned by management.
