Human Resources Associate | HR File Room | Day
Overview Full Time Position Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm **Filing Room position** Provides administrative and customer service support in a designated HR area including Benefits, Recruiting, Payroll and HRIS. Works closely with recruiters, Managers, applicants and employees to provide exemplary customer service and information capture in a timely and accurate manner. Qualifications Required Education: High School Diploma/GED Preferred Education: Associates or Bachelors degree Necessary Skills: 1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word. 2. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and filing. 3. Strong organizational and time management skills. 4. Ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality. Required Experience: 1-2 years of experience in data entry, administrative roles, or HR support Preferred Experience: HR related experience and/or customer service in a healthcare environment.
