Human Resources Associate

As a Human Resources Associate specializing in employee relations, your daily responsibilities will involve serving as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, ensuring a prompt and fair resolution to any issues that arise. You will actively engage with employees to foster a positive work environment, conducting investigations into conflicts and facilitating exit interviews to gather valuable feedback for improving retention. Additionally, you will assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, ensuring that all employees are well-informed and compliant with company standards and labor laws. Your role will also include supporting the performance management process by guiding managers and employees through appraisals and performance improvement plans. Coordinating and facilitating training sessions on conflict resolution, communication skills, and company policies will be a key part of your duties, as well as identifying further training needs. Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws is crucial, and you will maintain accurate employee records to support this. Lastly, you will organize and participate in employee engagement activities, promoting a positive and inclusive workplace culture. This is a fully onsite permanent opportunity in a manufacturing environment, targeting a salary range between $60,000-$70,000.
