Atlantic Health System is seeking a full-time intern for the Human Resource Total Rewards & Benefits Team. In this role, the intern will work alongside a team of innovative professionals and contribute to Atlantic’s mission of delivering excellent healthcare services to our communities. The intern responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Organizing Online Files  Assist in Open Enrollment Preparation & Communication Create tools to learn of employee experience, for those utilizing employment benefits Testing User Experience for Ease of Accessibility   Participate in New Benefit Vendor Meetings Escalating issues as appropriate  Rotate between Benefits and Retirement team to assist with ad hoc tasks
