\n\t\t\t\t\t•\tIdentify legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance. \n•\tAbility to recruit, interview, test, and select associates to fill vacant positions. Also coordinate and work with staffing agencies to recruit qualified hourly associates.\n•\tAbility to plan and conduct new associate orientation to foster positive attitude toward company goals. Ability to answer detailed benefit questions, as well as Company background, policies, procedures, etc…\n•\tCapable of keeping records of personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, filing personnel records and terminations. \n•\tAble to handle highly confidential and personal associate information.\n•\tCan accurately and in a timely manner respond to inquiries regarding policies, and procedures. \n•\tAdministers and keep track of benefit programs such as life, health, dental and disability insurances, pension plans, vacation, sick leave, leave of absence, and associate assistance. At least 2 years of benefits experience.\n•\tIs capable of investigating accidents and preparing reports for insurance carriers.\n•\tPrepares associate separation notices and related documentation, and conducts exit interviews in absence of Human Resources Manager to determine reasons behind separation

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $55000.00 - $65000.00/yr.
