Human Resources Business Advisor Analyst

As an HR Business Advisor, Analyst within our Human Resources team, you will be at the heart of our HR operations, providing essential support in case management, analytics, and client engagement. Your work will ensure seamless HR delivery, making a tangible impact on our business and employees.

Job Responsibilities:

Partner with Human Resources Business Partners and teams to align HR delivery. Manage and analyze HR cases, ensuring timely and accurate processing. Ensure compliance with policies and procedures, providing training as needed. Monitor and escalate risk matters, engaging with relevant stakeholders. Utilize HR tools to manage tasks and projects efficiently. Communicate clearly and effectively with clients and team members. Prioritize tasks to enhance efficiency and productivity. Commit to self-development and expand knowledge of HR processes.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Fluent in English and Korean, with knowledge of Korean labor law. Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Strong analytical and quantitative skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Customer service-oriented with strong communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

Experience in financial services preferred. Strong presentation skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Immediate availability to commence employment.
