Job Description:
This Senior Specialist HR Business Partner will support both functional and Profit & Loss (P&L) employees based in our Greenville, Texas site driving HR programs and change management initiatives.
This position will support and drive business and HR strategic initiatives resulting in continuous improvement, enhanced employee engagement, and superior business results. This is a hands-on role and will require performing transactional work.
Essential Functions:
Partner with business leaders, HR Business Partners, and Centers of Excellence to drive initiatives aligned to business strategy and improve organizational capability.Utilize trends and analytics to provide proactive recommendations and propose solutions to enable sound talent decisions and initiatives.Respond to data requests for program, division, and sector reviews regarding staffing, diversity, and attrition.Manage projects and special initiatives within and outside the HR function.Utilize business strategy to drive functional staffing implementation.Work with business leaders to develop and implement effective employee engagement solutions.Coordinate with Talent Acquisition and client areas to ensure the business can hire the right talent at the right time.Ability to influence and problem solve in the areas of compensation, talent assessment, performance management, talent acquisition and employee relations.Promote effective diversity and inclusion activities across the site and the functions supported.Facilitate employee changes through proper processes and tools.Leverage decision making capabilities to facilitate resolution of employee relations issues, complaints, and investigations.Run analytics to drive people related decisions; identify trends in employee relations, retention, and engagement.Identify and implement continuous improvement efforts related to people strategy.Recommend solutions and creative ideas to continually improve engagement and productivity.Support Field Services employees with international assignments.Ability to travel up to 5%Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years prior related experience. Graduate Degree with a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.Human Resources Business Partner or HR Generalist experience.
